Although very much a beginner, I greatly enjoy experimenting with painting, drawing and photography. This page collates my efforts so far and will be added to as the creative juices flow.

Calton Collage – March 2010
What to do with a wallfull of empty frames? (click for a larger version)
- Take a high-res photo of a view you love which features microcosms of detail – I used the Edinburgh skyline from Calton Hill.
- Use Photoshop to overlay an equally high-res punched-out image of the frames.
- Copy the view images from the bottom layer into fresh windows.
- Resize according to the size of the relevant frame.
- Order photos online.
Koi Polloi – October 2009
Inspired by the incredible work of Mark Nicholas Edward, this acrylic hangs in my living room and is very soothing on the eye, much like a pondful of koi.
